Dominique Taylor is a seasoned educator with over twenty years of experience working in urban and suburban settings. Ms. Taylor started her career in Miami-Dade County Public Schools as a teacher, moving up the ladder to reading specialist and then assistant principal. She relocated to the northeast and continued her career supporting the charter school movement. She has served as a charter school principal in Wilmington, Trenton, Baltimore and now in Chester.

Ms. Taylor has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Elementary Education.
