Nicole Patterson began her educational career teaching at a residential treatment facility serving scholars in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. She continued her career as a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia, and then as an Academic Coach in a Philadelphia charter school.

In July of 2017, Nicole Patterson joined the Chester Community Charter School family. After serving as an assistant principal and acting principal, Ms. Patterson has now transitioned to serving as principal of Kindness Hall.  

In addition to earning both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Eastern University, Ms. Patterson is currently in the process of attaining a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.

Ms. Patterson has an undeniable passion for educating and inspiring. She will continue impacting the lives of scholars, educators, and families. Her educational philosophy is based on her uncompromising belief that:
